It is vital for us to know as soon as possible and we can not guarantee for example sleepingplaces to people who didn't fill in the applicationform with questionnaire in time. Also we will use the name of your organisation of group and the short description in the PGA conference guide.

Organising a PGA conference is a collective process, so we do an urgent request of every group for helping to organise the conference.

Children

There will be a crèchepool organised during the conference so you can take your child(ren) along.

Sleepingplaces

The sleepingplaces are on a camp site. Please take your tent, mattress and sleepingbag with you. Except you cannot sleep in a tent due to physical disabilities and you have fill it in in the application form.

You want to know more about your hosts, their way of living: you prefere private accommodation ( some of private accommodation will be copmletaly free, without asking you the daily basis participation)

Food and drinks

The food during the conference will be taken care of by local and international collective(s). Citchen will be vegetarian, but also meat citchen will be organized. Prices will be modest ones…

Accessibility for the physically disabled

All conference locations are easily accessible to people that have a physical disability.

Dogs

Please do not take any dogs with you. The conference is being held in a city and that's not an ideal place for a dog. The conferencerooms are off limits for dogs.
